Katre has a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of public administration and Master’s Degree in communication. In her Master thesis she analysed communication in public participation procedures of environmental decisions.
Katre has previously worked in public sector where she also managed communication of environmental matters. Since 2015 she is volunteering in a NGO Ökomeedia and she is also a member of Let’s Do It World! communication team. Katre is a founder of a NGO Keskkonnateave and a member of Estonian Public Relations Association.
In EELC Katre’s role is to help EELC develop into even more recognised partner and environmental law expert. Simply put, she’ll be in charge of the right info being in the right place at the right time.
