The Activity Report consists of two parts. Firstly, a short description of methods that EELC has used for achieving its aims is described. In the second part of the Activity Report, a thematic overview of our activities is presented with more detailed descriptions of our activities within the past years. Among others, topics like financial obstacles to challenging environmental decisions in Estonia, spatial planning of marine areas and regulation of noise on strategic level are introduced.
