Under coordination of EELC, a team of environmental law experts composed comments to the General Part of the Estonian new Environmental Code.
The law was adopted by Parliament already in February 2011, but is not yet in force.
With the outlook of being enforced in 2013, and bringing new concepts and principles to Estonian environmental law, commented version is essential for the proper implementation of the new law.
